HOW IT WORKS

Choose between a rental duration of seven to fourteen days. If you wish to keep your dress forever, please contact us via info@lemanja.de or through WhatsApp at +49 15144254659 to purchase the preloved Goddess Dress at a discounted price.

For styling questions, please reach out to us at info@lemanja.de, and we will schedule a digital consultation session together. We are also available to assist you with any other inquiries, requests, or suggestions.

You are also welcome to book an appointment at our Berlin showroom.

You can choose from the following shipping options within Germany:

• DHL Package for 6.90 Euro, delivery time of 2-4 days.
• DHL Express for 16.90 Euro, delivery within 24 hours.
• Alternatively, you can opt for self-pickup.

Once your shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, DHL, you will receive a separate email notification. This email will contain the tracking number associated with your package. You can use this number to check and track the status of your shipment at www.dhl.de.

All shipments are insured by Lemanjá against damage or theft from the time of pickup until they are delivered to the address you provided. The associated costs for insurance are covered by Lemanjá.

Please note: The shipment must be sent using the DHL label that you received with your order. Please keep the return receipt for reference.

Currently, the rental service for Goddess Dresses is available only within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. However, if you desire a delivery to another country, please feel free to contact us at info@lemanja.de, and we will work together to find a solution.

2. Instant Bank Transfer: With Sofortüberweisung.de, you can make your payment using your PIN and TAN number, similar to online banking. You will be automatically redirected to the Sofortüberweisung.de page.

3. PayPal

The return shipment for rented Goddess Dresses is free of charge. Please use the provided return label and place the items, without cleaning them, in the box. Then, drop off the package at the nearest post office or DHL Parcel Center.

Please make sure to return the items on time.
